On a Server you can play around with, try renaming the C:\compaq\wbem directory.
Then reinstall the Foundation Agents.
Then retry the http or https request.

It's surprising that 4 Servers are affected the same way. It's almost like something has got corrupted somewhere.
You might want to try downloading the 7.10A Softpaq and using that to deploy to the test server.
You'll need to configure the agents first. To do that run up setup.exe from the softpaq and you can configure them from the utility that is brought up. You can also deploy the agent at this point.

I have four Windows 2003 servers with IM agents installed (version 7.1) and IM Console on a Windows 2000 server. The problem that I having is: When I click on the server to view the details, in the browser I see the following message: HTTP STATUS 404, NOT FOUND.
This message appear in all the servers W2003. When I try to explore the server locally (in the same IE on the same server) the error appear again. I have reinstalled the agents and the operating system too but not.

You say IM Console - do you mean Insight Manager? if so which version?

Try browsing to:
http://server:2301
This should take you to a page that redirects you and then you should get the Agent Logon.

Try:
https://server:2381
This should take you directly to the logon page.
If not, check the HP Web Agent is running okay.

Yes, IM stands for Insight Manager Console version 7.1 SP2. The WEB agents are running, all the agents are running. I have typed the ports 2301 and 2381 directly in the Browser and local in the servers but it doesn't work.

On the console of a Server you're having problems enter the following url into the browser.
http://localhost:2301
What do you get?
