I am looking at all events associated with that server and still do not see an event associated with the disk threshold being crossed.

Disk Threshold Notification

I currently have a server that has disk thresholds set at 75% and 95%, it has yet to generate any alerts. When I view the home page of this server the disk utilization does not appear under "Failed or Degraded Items" although it is currently at 96% utilization. I need to set this up to email me when it crosses the critical 95% threshold, any help would be great.

E-mails as regards crossing threshold are generated once at the time the threshold is crossed.
They'll be regenerated if the agent is restarted.
Disk utilisation has to drop below the threshold and over again before a new alert is generated.
Thresholds are not failed or degraded items.
I tried moving the threshold from 95% to 96% which was done successfully so it is no longer in a critical state. I then copied files to that drive so it would then cross the 96% threshold which it did cross, but I did not get an alert. Where do the crossed disk thresholds appear, maybe Im looking in the wrong place entirely.

Simplest way of checking if an event got generated, from HPSIM click on the Server itself. This brings up a basic Server details page. From there click the Events Tab and all events associated with that Server are listed.
