    <description>I think most people use the credentials by your Operating system.  In other words, you may want to use the previous persons logon.  Change that persons password in Windows AD or domain, and try it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't found a way to reset the password without renistalling SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SIM also uses the account that originally installed the application on the server for a logon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck.</description>

      <description>Hi, I am a new hire for this company and the person that setup the HP SIM server and application no longer works here.
