    <description>It worked Fine. I Found some details for the command line tools and i added a user and gave him full rights. With this user i could log on and switch the Values back to normal.</description>

      <description>How can i set back the inclusion/exclusion list. If set 0.0.0.0 to the default user inclusion and now i can't log in anny more.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plz Help</description>

      <description>I Have An Idea. This accounts have full rights, but i can't log in.&lt;BR /&gt;Now i can create a new account with full rights over the " mxuser.exe" (Commandlinetool).This account has'nt this inclusion/exclusion set. But i have no Help for this tool. I need a complete String to create a new user with full rights.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can anybody help me ?</description>
