Performance management pack

Hallo all,
I have little problem. I have HP SIM 4.1 and if I click on Options -> Performance Management Pack Options -> Licensing I see License administration but I don't see any server. and if I click on Update Server List I don't see not a single one server . But if I click at System Lists -> All Systems I see all servers what I discovered.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

In your lit of Servers are they identified as Servers? e.g. under System Type. Also are they correctly identified under the Product Type, e.g. Proliant DL360 G2?

I have 10 server identificate e.g.proliant DL 380 G2 and system type is server but 1 server is not identificated but all servers have in PF question mark.
