I'm running HP SIM 4.1 SP 1 on Windows 2003 servers. On all of the servers, I have created a task under delete events for "All events in the list: Informational Events." When I click run now, it will show the task results with 0 errors and a duration of xxx ms. If I then click on the target, "Informational Events" link it still list all of the workstations. How do I actually delete these events? If I look on the left side of the interface and go to Events List by Severity --> Informational, they are all event types of Discovered System. All are cleared, but when I click on one and then click delete I get the following error:

Cannot delete pending and/or discovered system event(s).

Is it possible to remove Informational events from the system and or all cleared events for discovered systems?
No, the discovered systems event can't be deleted. When it comes time to delete the device, the event showing it discovered automaticaly gets deleted.
