What are the conditions required for the blade enclosures to show up green in HP SIM 4.2?

I have 3 racks each with 3 blade enclosures in. That are populated with BL20p servers.
The blades have windows running on them and the servers are running agents that are happily reporting back to HP SIM(green tick). Some of the enclosures are green and some aren't, but I can't see a reason why some enclosures are red...

The enclosures reflect the aggregate status of all of the components in it. If you click the enclosure you will get a list of all of its components. Are any of them red?

I think you need to upgrade the firmware on the blade encloser and power encloser to version 2.10 (http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22161.html) before SIM 4.2 HP Blade System Console will work correctly. TS into a blade server and then go to Start>All Programs>HP System Tools>HP Proliant BL Rack Upgrade Utility. This will launch the application which will tell you what firmware version in on each Management module for each encloser. Hope this helps......

I have updated the firmware on one of the racks, all 3 blade enclosures and the power enclosure were on v 1.10 , they are now all on v2.10.

Should the status change fairly quickly, or is the enclosure status only checked by a daily scan?
(so far no change)
The 'Daily Device Identification' and then 'Bi-Weekly Data Collection'have now all run a couple of times, but unfortunately this has not improved the situation.

In fact now it has discovered the rack twice. One version of the rack in the console has the enclosures (with incorrect status level) and the other has no enclosures in it.

I have tried deleteing all the related devices and then running a rediscovery. But it just comes back the same.

I have only configured enclosure / rack details through the ilo console, should I have done this somewhere else as well?
