HP SIM - import trusted system certificate

Hello,
could somebody advise why I cannot import certificate to trusted system certificate

State:
*******
on one server - Windows 2003, HP SIM 4.2, standalone root CA
HP SIM database is located on SQL 2000 MSCS 2000 cluster.

Behaviour

If I want to add certificate from CA (Base 64code certificate) applet runs without any message, console blinks but no imported certificate appears in "trusted system certificates" (options->
security-> certificates ->trusted certificate)
