When I have tried to start SIM after I have installed it all I get is Please wait. Checking for a Java Plug-in. I have installed it on a DL380 G3 that is running Win 2000 SP4. I followed the default setup settings. Can some one tell where I need to go to fix this

I've found, after installing SIM 4.2, and also after reboots of the CMS, the first time I run SIM on the CMS console it hangs while initializing Java. I have to kill the Internet Explorer process. After that, it works fine.

Also, I don't have this problem running it from any workstations - just on the console of the CMS.

I suspect it is really a Java issue, not a SIM issue.

- Steve
