    <description>This work around can work for any installer, not just HP stuff.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is more than just the C: drive, try launching the installer from a different drive letter like the D: or E: and so on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;VPM users have already tried this with success. Again this can potentially work with other apps installers.</description>

      <title>VPM install error 1720</title>

      <description>downloaded eval version of VPM and attempted install on 4.2 SIM W2K server. everything goes ok till it ends wit this error: " error 1720 there is a problem with this windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact support or package vendor' Custom action installWebService script error 2147024893 , line 40 colum 5" . &lt;BR /&gt;Thought I'd post this before attempting another download. Any help would be appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance, &lt;BR /&gt;Steve &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We moved the directory that we installed it from to the same directory that we wanted to install it onto, and then it ran successfully.</description>
