      <description>It's done from the Server Homepage. In the Performance Section go to Processors.&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to move the Slider bars to the desired levels.&lt;BR /&gt;If they cannot be moved you do not have a correctly configured SNMP Read/Write Community name set up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the threshold is passed a Critical Alert will be generated. You can then Notify based on this Event or just on generic Critical Events. Notification is done from HPSIM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note: CPU alerts seem not to be triggered by spikes but a few iterations need to pass.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want more dynamic alerting etc. you should consider the Performance Anaylzer. This comes with some free licenses.</description>
