In the Performance Section go to Processors.<BR />You should be able to move the Slider bars to the desired levels.<BR />If they cannot be moved you do not have a correctly configured SNMP Read/Write Community name set up.<BR /><BR />When the threshold is passed a Critical Alert will be generated. You can then Notify based on this Event or just on generic Critical Events. Notification is done from HPSIM.<BR /><BR />Note: CPU alerts seem not to be triggered by spikes but a few iterations need to pass.<BR /><BR />If you want more dynamic alerting etc. you should consider the Performance Anaylzer.
