      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i got some problems with SIM 4.2.&lt;BR /&gt;when ever i try to start a command on the local machine, is will fail.&lt;BR /&gt;i read some posts and looked for my openssh, but it seems to work. i can connect with putty and do some operations, but when i start a command in hpsim, i get the following msg:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EXCEPTION CLASS: com.hp.mx.exceptions.MxFailedAuthenticationException&lt;BR /&gt;EXCEPTION: Authentication failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i forgot: i started mxagentconfig, but i cant connect to the local machine (winxp sp1).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for your help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;greetings alex&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>ok, i think i know whats the problem. after the installation of winxp i renamed the user administrator to ntroot. cygwin (which is needed for openssh) creates some keys in the registry. these key pointed to ntroot, but have to point to administrator... the problem is that the username (logonname) is different from the profilename.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;now i do a new installation on a blank system without any renameing and hope it will work... ;)</description>
