On the back end I am running Wystems Insight Manager 4.1 with SP1 - Windows, also on Windows 2003 Server.<BR /><BR />I have used the F9 function to enter the servers BIOS and manaully enter the Asset Tag numbers for each server. I believe I put them in the Asset Text 1 field.<BR /><BR />However when I run the Inventory report the Asset Tag column is blank. I did re-run the Identify Systems task and Software and Hardware Status Polling, its also been a week since I tried this and still no results.<BR /><BR />Can anybody help?
