I am not an expert on these devices, but my guess is that if the TopTools agents send SNMP alerts, then you should be able to forward them to the SIM server.

Setup your SNMP settings in Windows like you would on a Proliant device (for example, the correct Community name and SNMP trap destination addresses) and then configure TopTools to "create" SNMP events. Not sure how to do that - maybe it is built in by default.

I've add in my SIM some old HP server (LC3, LH4 and so on...). On these servers i've installed HP Toos and agents vs. 5.5
Servers are correctly recognized in SIM (model, os, etc...) but SIM is not able to receive hardware alarms. Is it possibile to do this ? Do I have to install additional agent in client server to notify SIM or modify existant configuration ? Many thanks in advance
