Hi

We didn't install the management agents as part of the Smartstart install process. How can we go back and install it after Windows 2003 is already installed?

Go to:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html

Download the Softpaq, you may want to set up a directory structure that's easy to work with for the VCRM. I have a top level directory that I point the vcrm to, eg. d:\vcrm and then below that directories for Softpaqs and another for non-softpaq stuff, eg. online ROM Updates.

Another way is to run the Setup.exe that comes with the Softpaq.
This brings up the Remote Deployment Screen. From this you can configure the Agents with passwords, trusts etc. and then push the Softpaq to a target Server.
The target Server will require a reboot.
