I'm having an issue with deploying PSP's to a server. VCR is set up properly on the server (there seems to be a trust, which means I can get to the agent through :2381 using HTML and I do see the "installed version" and the "Latest version".) I'm trying to update. It's an ML570 G2 with PSP 6.4 and I want to upgrade to 7.1, which is the latest in my VCR.
thanks Frank

The way I fixed the VCA in HPSIM 4.2 was to create a new local Administrator Account on the VCRM/HPSIM Server. VCRM resides on my HPSIM Server.
Then, update the VCA details to login using the new Local Account and Password details.
You can then use the Replicate Agent Settings to distribute the change to other Server.
