    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a brand new DL380 G4.&lt;BR /&gt;We did an unassisted Windows install, then applied the Support Pack and installed the Hp Insight Manager.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The "Hp Insight Diagnostics Online" appears to work without issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However when we opened up the "Systems Insight Manager" we were first given several prompts, and after accepting them all, sat at the "Please wait, checking for a Java Plugin" screen, indefinitely.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rather than try to play with the server, we went to a work station, and removed all Java.  We opened the website (https://server:50000), and were prompted to install a supported JRE.  We did so, and then were sent back to the same "please wait, checking for a Java client" screen again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Using the shortcut on the server's desktop, I can see that all the services appear running OK.  I have tried options including emptying my internet cache, and checking the java plugin selected in my control panel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.</description>

      <description>If this is HPSIM 4.1, then you'll need to download and install HPSIM 4.1 SP1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A problem was introduced with MS04-025 and this patch corrects that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/hpsim/download.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/hpsim/download.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may also consider downloading and starting with the new HPSIM 4.2.</description>
