topic Cannot Set Disk Thresholds!!! in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I am running SIM 4.1 with SP1, I'm trying to set disk thresholds on all my servers. When I try to set the threshold, I receive the error from all servers informing me that "Could not set the disk threshold, the agent did not accept the request." This happens whether I try to set the threshold on many servers or just the one. I have a mixture of Windows 2000 & 2003 server.

Any ideas anyone?? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you verified the SNMP communitystrings ("passwords") entered in SIM matches those on the read/write community on your servers, and also that the agent on the local server is configured with your SIM server as "trusted", either by name or certificate ?

I have to apologise, I am quite new to SIM. When you say "passwords" do you mean within SIM or on the windows service? All my managed servers have the same community name with the Read/Create permission. How do I configure agent on the local server so it is configured with my SIM server as "trusted"?

I've seen this before, I just keep retrying and it finally sets it. I've not yet found a pattern between the Servers that give me problems and those that do not.

If the Sliders can be moved and the Set Thresholds button is active then it implies all of the required settings are okay.
