    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have a customer who had purchased the&amp;nbsp;PID # P9L03AAE&amp;nbsp; capacity upgrade license and it was not getting installed in&amp;nbsp;VSA software version 3.x.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customer had migrated to VSA software version 4.1.0.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we use the 10TB&amp;nbsp; license with PID # P9L03AAE with the VSA software version 4.1.0 ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are currently using 2 StoreOnce VSA appliances with HPE StoreOnce VSA 50 TB LTU licenses and I have so far been unable to open a support case using the serial number for the software. Wot's...uh the deal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have some thing like Asset Serial Number whcih you have received from the Licensing Team which you can use to log a support case. Also you can contact&amp;nbsp;licensing team for any issues with the Serial Number :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;License -&amp;nbsp; licensing.ams@hpe.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HPE StoreOnce VSA 4TB E-LTU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Asset Serial Number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NSN:P9L02AAE:108383074404&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Product Number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P9L02AAE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is no license compatibility between StoreOnce VSA 3.x and StoreOnce VSA 4.x. StoreOnce VSA 4.x licenses are required for StoreOnce VSA 4.x instances&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
