      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently had a series of errors on the StoreOnce 6600 device including&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;com.ibrix.ias.model.BusinessException: Filesystem [ifs1 ] is not fully mounted for [SSID1], so notstarting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;File system ifs1 is not mounted.&lt;BR /&gt;Incorrect usage size reported for file system ifs1.&lt;BR /&gt;File system ifs1 is not mounted on node&lt;BR /&gt;File system ifs1 is not mounted on node&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;login as: Admin&lt;BR /&gt;Admin@192.168.100.197's password:&lt;BR /&gt;Last login: Tue Aug 14 12:37:52 2018 from 192.168.254.20&lt;BR /&gt;Error reading vtl configuration parameters. Log in to the Initialisation Console. Use the username console and the password that was set during the first&lt;BR /&gt;configuration of the StoreOnce system.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select Reset admin password. The password is reset to the default admin.&lt;BR /&gt;3. After the reset is applied, navigate to the web interface on a new tab. On the password dialog, change the default&lt;BR /&gt;password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The latest software is 3.18.20 for the Gen 3 StoreOnce.&amp;nbsp; All customer accessible options are via the StoreOnce GUI / CLI&amp;nbsp; (using the Admin account). You may reference the CLI document&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04000350" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c04000350&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; (May require HPE passport sign in)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The support password is meant for HPE support personnel only and not for end users.
