Associated enclosure labeled serial number with warranty serial number

I am currently working with HP support to determine what drive enclosure is associated with a StoreOnce base server. They have provided me a list using the warranty serial number versus the labeled serial number.

I tried searching on the HP support website, but can't locate the information. Has anyone else experienced the samething?

Selected Warranty tools from the main menu
Ran Check Auto Repair actions .
The above steps will fix from console, since you have already logged a case engineer will log in to cli Repair.
