Virtual Connect Flex-10 10Gb Ethernet Modules Uplinks

Hi,
We have one C7000 enclosure installed and 2 HP Virtual Connect Flex-10 10Gb Ethernet Modules are installed at back of enclosure. as per documentation built-in 10Gb link is provided between modules in horizontally adjacent bays.
Can we use only one uplink to connect both the interconnects to external network.
Please help, and provide document if possible,

You can use several uplinks, only x7 & x8 are shared between horizontal stacking links.
