Hi,
I have a storage SB40c which is attached to BL460c. Today one of my server unexpectedly gave an error on the controller P400. My monitoring tool showed all 6 Disks inside SB40c for being down. The server was UP, the Windows Drive was accessible but I was not able to open any files or copy any files from this storage.
I rebooted the server and everything is back to normal.
Below are the errors details;

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: HpCISSs2
Event Category: None
Event ID: 129
Date: 12/31/2010
Time: 5:35:19 AM
User: N/A
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 129 ) in Source ( HpCISSs2 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: \Device\RaidPort0.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: HpCISSs2
Event Category: None
Event ID: 11
Date: 12/31/2010
Time: 5:35:31 AM
User: N/A
Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0.

What might be the cause and what can I do to avoid it?
Thank you very much,
CB
