      <description>Hi Feljav,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no need to worry if you see it when you try to power on multiple blades.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The behavior is:&lt;BR /&gt;When the Blades power on they request for certain amount of Power depending on the particular blade, amount differs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the request is not processed by the OA the  iLO logs the message which you are seeing in the IML.&lt;BR /&gt;Most of the times you see it when you insert more then 5 or 6 blades. Eventually blades will power on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope you are able to power on blades?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Raghuarch&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>This error will come when the redundancy is lost.&lt;BR /&gt;In your case , i guess, you have selected either "AC Redundancy or Power Supply Redundancy" as your power mode.&lt;BR /&gt;And you may have removed any redundant power supply which caused the redundancy to be lost.</description>
