    <description>I'll get the silly question out of the way - the RHES 4.5 you downloaded, it is the _ia64_ version right?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you say "the console communication" and then later "the remote serial console" in the first case to what are you referring?  Using the dongle?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We download the Red Hat ES Ver4 rel5 and also the latest smart CD&lt;BR /&gt;Smart CD is working fine and when the system tried to boot from Linux there was no response&lt;BR /&gt;The problem looks to be with the console communication.&lt;BR /&gt;we tried from the remote serial console and the system boots with both RH Linux versions&lt;BR /&gt;4,5 and the ES 5.0&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>The problem according to your reply on October similar question is the iLO firmware&lt;BR /&gt;that does not yet support the correct comunication.You promised to deliver a new ilo firmaware to correct console problem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
