Try to upadte from the CLI, command is "UPDATE IMAGE " that should work fine.
Does the syslog indicate some error message other then Downloading the submitted file failed.
I've got a c7000 w/ a single OBA v. 2.02 that won't update to any other version. Any ideas? I've tried uploading from my device, as well as downloading from a website. I've got other c7000 chassis that update via the download option. "Downloading the submitted file failed." is the error I get, but the same link works fine using another c7000 chassis. Is there an HP site I can use to try the update?

I've tried using the 2.04.bin, 2.10,11,12, and 13.bin files and can't get it to update. I've tried resetting the OBA via the web interface. All my iLO's are @ v.1.43.

Thanks! Hadn't tried using the CLI, but it didn't work either. I get "Downloading Flash Image Failed. There was a problem with the firmware update." No errors in the syslog.
