F-GBE2 Interconnect Blade switches

Hi there,

I have just installed a pair of F-GBE2 switches into a blade enclosure and I am attempting to access the ISCLI. Neither of the documented commands work:

Boot Options# mode iscli

or

Main# boot/mode iscli

On entering either the "mode" portion is not recognized?

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong here?

What is the iscli ?

Im going to configure our 1 switch today, ill have a look.

What are your trying to set exactly ?

ISCLI is the Industry Standard CLI - a Cisco look-alike interface into the GbE2 switch. I assume you are unable to use it because you don't have the latest GbE2 firmware. I believe it was introduced in 3.0.

Hi

Ive looked around and the firmware is only on ver 2.0

We had no issues with our switch's setup.

Will be upgrading the firmware to 1.1 and then 2.0 today. A few links in the web gui dont work, im hoping this will solve it.
