      <title>OA issue</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I was wondering if anybody can suggest a spolution for the follwing problem :&lt;BR /&gt;I was logged in with OA Default Network settings in OA,then while I was testing with user rights I put ( i think ) the logging mode through directory services.Now the problem is that I can not login whether with deafult credentials neither with Domain account.&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know whether I need ( HOW ) to reset OA to factory deafults ? or waht other otpions I have ?</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;If you can no longer log in to the OA with any accounts, you'll need to follow the reset procedure in the user manual.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From memory this involves a console/serial connection to the OA &amp;amp; a press+hold of the reset switch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Administrator account password will be reset to the factory default &amp;amp; displayed on-screen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Julian.</description>
