BLc3000 fan problem (mebbe)

My customer has a BLc3000 with 4 BL460C & 4 SB40c.

However, the Onboard Administrator says that they need 6 fans (as per the 6 fan rule)

Not a problem in itself, but will it cure the other problems that they have?

4 processors (459492-B21) aren't recognised & 4 memory kits (397413-B21) aren't recognised either

Please help

You obviously need 6 fans.

All fixed now, fans was the problem.
