Need EFI firmware installed on iLO

I have a re-furbished BL60p server that I cannot get to boot. ( no efi menu in the console)
When checking the firmware versions I discovered that there is on EFI Firmware:
Current firmware revisions

MP FW : H.03.21
BMC FW : 04.08
System FW : 01.70

How do I get teh EFI FW Installed? I am assuming that it is the following which I have on my other BL60p server:
MP FW : H.03.21
BMC FW : 04.08
EFI FW : 05.41
System FW : 01.70

Thanks, I did get there but my concern is that I cannot boot this system so how am I going to load the firmware on to it. I have no way of telling it to boot from a cdrom.
Is there anyway to load the software without needing to boot the actual server?

Hi Jo,

Are you able to boot the system to EFI Boot Manager?

There is no option to install the firmware from the MP on the BL60p.

Contact HP or the reseller you bought it from and ask for assistance.
