Virtual connect manager problem

We're having problem with the use of VC manager interface ( via web ) .
We configured IE8 to use compatibility for all the sites but still VCManager complain about supporting only IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode.

Ignoring the message we log in .
When configuring VC , for example creating o modifying server profiles the GUI times out and reset to the login page

Is there anything we can do ?
FW version is 3.01 , OA firmware is 3.11

Try to use Firefox
When we tried to use IE8 with VC we saw many problems with server profile modifying as well

Also firefox had the same problem .
We pull out the two modules and then reinstalling them one at time and since then the problem disappeared
