admin password reset

hi all
i have set an admin password on bl20p g3 server.
but when i enter the admin password it says that password is wrong.how can i reset or disable it?

i have lost rom password of the server,this is hardware level not software.
i think i have to reset it in hardware level with changing some jumpers,but i dont know how to do that

Aaaaah, the Admin password on the RBSU.

The Set Power-On Password option uses a simple character string with a maximum of seven characters. To disable or clear the password, enter the password followed by a / (slash) when prompted to enter the password.

If this does not work, you'll need to open server and find System Maintenance Switch.
Position 5 - Password Disable
or
Position 6 - Reset Configuration

i have hp v4000 password .not password window .how can i reset or disable it?
