We have these entries in the OA system log:

Sep 9 17:18:31 OA: Administrator logged into the Onboard Administrator from 10.224.67.25
Sep 9 17:19:44 OA: Administrator logged into the Onboard Administrator from 10.224.67.25
Sep 9 17:26:06 OA: Blade removed from bay 4
Sep 9 17:26:13 OA: Blade inserted in bay 4
Sep 9 17:26:13 OA: Blade in bay #4 status changed to OK
Sep 9 17:26:23 OA: Blade in bay 4 has been powered down
Sep 9 17:26:55 OA: Blade in bay #4 status changed to OK
Sep 9 17:26:55 OA: Blade 4 is now configured for Virtual Connect Manager.
Sep 9 17:27:43 OA: Administrator logged out of the Onboard Administrator
Sep 9 17:27:52 OA: Administrator logged out of the Onboard Administrator
Sep 9 17:44:59 OA: Blade in bay 4 has been powered on
Sep 9 17:44:59 OA: Blade 4 is properly cooled.
Sep 9 18:14:22 OA: svccmsmgmt logged into the Onboard Administrator from 10.13.11.83
Sep 9 18:14:23 OA: svccmsmgmt logged out of the Onboard Administrator

Do "blade removed" and "blade inserted" mean physical removal and insertion? Can one issue commands in OA/VC that will show the same entries in the log? I can see the removal and insertion within a minute followed by a logout.

Are there other events that triggered these entries?

Most likely the administrator did a reset server command from the OA command line.
