Does anyone remember why it is called c-Class?

Hi,

HP had a p-class BladeSystem. Can anyone share the story of how we came to label it c-class for the current BladeSystem?

Hello Chris,

I do not think there is any specific reason why HP came with c-class as a name for bladesystem.

Earlier to P-Class blades there were E-Class blades (BL10e), so I think engineering team just named.

May be p means- power or performance , C means compact or converged
