I'm Planning to add a new ProLiant BL460c G6 to the Enclosure and my questions is this one Does my actual fan and power supply configuration support the new blade? or Do I need to add 2 more fans and power supplies? (A more complete explanation on page 26 of the c3000 Tech Brief -- http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01508406/c01508406.pdf ) Whether you need another power supply depends on whether (and how) you're doing redundant power. For instance, if you're using N+1 redundancy (with all power supplies connected to a single PDU), and using 220V, then you shouldn't need another power supply.
