Are there any known issue with VC manager software V4.01 when using the -B21.

im having issues when running the setup for the VC manager.

i have tried differant browsers and o/s but still got problems. i have -B22 running 4.45 and these work fine.

Please share the Full product number (b21 ) of thr VC module. so we may check for any known issues

Also share the below information

1. Any error screenshots reporting the issue

2. what is the OA firmware version

409513-B21 - 4.01

OA F/W 4.85

Basically it freezing on the domain setup screen, on general settings.

i have tried a differant vc manager cards and differant VCFC 4gb cards.

this doesnt happen using the -b22 VCFC 4gb cards with firmware 4.45.

were using 2 c7000's with the same result

i beleive the issue here is , there is a huge gap between the OA FW (4.85) and VC FW(4.01) . This is is known to cause stability issues with the performance. This explains the absense of this issue on the VC FC module running 4.45.

Please update the VC FW module firmware to 4.45

problem being the VCFC 4GB -B21 stopped being supported after 4.01.

maybe ill have to downgrade the OA.

Downgraded the OA firmware to 2014 but the VC manager setup hangs when trying to setup the network, gets stuck at 4%.

update, looks like its a flash issue to do with a certificate.
