    <description>No, there is no proxy, and I am using IE.  I have made a request to our network engineers to set the port to "auto" since there is no where to set the link/duplex on the insite display.  Als no place to set my DNS server(s) and WINS server(s).</description>

      <description>I have given my OA a static IP, and can ping from my workstation, but not able to access via my browser.  Any ideas?</description>

      <description>If there is a ping, there should be no problems accessing it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using some kind of proxy? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try deleting the cookies.&lt;BR /&gt;Is the issue seen with opera and firefox?</description>

      <description>I assume you can telnet or ssh to OA from the same client. Correct me if i am wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please try the following:&lt;BR /&gt;Click on internet options.&lt;BR /&gt;Select Connections, Click on LAN Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Click on Advanced, in Proxy Settings page under Exceptions give the OA IP "x.x.*".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
