      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;1- Firmware update ilo to &lt;STRONG&gt;2.61&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2- Go to the ilo environment&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to the Diagnostic section and then click on the self-test link&lt;BR /&gt;4. The self test error is activated, clicked on it and restarted the device&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If the above steps are followed and the problem is not resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Glad it worked for you - it does not work for me, even when the iLo firmware is 2.61.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've also attempted the NAND format process documented in advisory a00048622en_us, and after doing several that way, none of them removed the error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our success rate at fixing iLO 4 module SD card errors is about 50%.&amp;nbsp; We opened a case with our service provider for the first failure and they had to replace the entire mainboard.&amp;nbsp; It was a lot of work and downtime.&amp;nbsp; I don't think we'll bother with opening any more support cases for these&lt;/P&gt;</description>
