c3000 optional kvm module

I installed the optional kvm module but can't figure out how to get it to work. There is no documentation on this in the c3000 user guide. I tried connecting to a kvm switch but get no connection. There is a selection on the insight display for KVM but it just goes to a blank screen when selected. If anyone has gotten this to work please help me.

Hi David,

you need to do a change in the Active OA page.
Select the rear USB enable it. OA will restart after that you can use the KVM module.

I also have a C3000. I do not know what you refer to about enabling USB in the OA. Where would this be found?

Is the KVM module designed only to be plugged into other KVMs or can it be used directly with a display, keyboard and mouse?

I can't find any docs on it.
