      <title>OA replacement procedure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have facing an issue in c7000 enclosure ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Onboard administrator (OA) is continously rebooting, while we try to login VCM or ILO and collecting some logs something will do , OA is automatically rebooting, some times is not coming up the OA, and after that we needto reset the OA and poser supply then only it come up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could you please help on this above case&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;we already ready for replacing the OA, Also could you please share the troubleshooting steps after OA replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what are the prerequisition need to take before replacement the OA (onboard administrator)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;First take a full backup of the OA. Refer to the below link for backup the OA config.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c02843807" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c02843807&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Second, Check if the problematic OA is primary. if yes, Do a soft failover of the standy OA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If the problematic OA is not primary, refer to the below link to replace the spare and check if the FW version is a match with the other OA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/videoDisplay?videoId=vpsg00000294en_us" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/videoDisplay?videoId=vpsg00000294en_us&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If the OA firmware is match allow it to sync.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If the OA firmware is not a match, Upgarde or downgrade the firmware as per the other OA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also raise a support case with HPE and the same can be replaced by a Onsite tech or perform the activity over a VR session if you have the replacement part handy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
