OA on c7000 dead

OA on c7000 is not responding. no lights idicator. can't ping it. display is not working. we have no backup of it.

can I do anything beside putting a new one??

what will happen il I put OA from another blade with another configuration?

just found some backup of ma OA what is right procedure when putting another OA with non matching configuration? Do I need first to put my backup on working OA than puttit in my blade or??

yes.one only. we have another c3000 backup blade.can I use it's OA?

The C3000 OA module is different and cannot be used in a C7000.

If possible, you should do a factory reset before installing it.

Then restore your backup.

Do you use virtual connect?
