Two linked c7000 enclosures login error

I have two c7000 enclosures with working well OA on it, i can connect both.

I link enclosure with cat5 pathcord and see both in topology.

But i can't connect to both of them, only one of them.

When trying to connect to linked i get the message : Invalid response. No connection or network busy

Separate connect still work.

3.70 Oct 01 2012 Firmware on each other

BladeSystem c7000 Onboard Administrator

And the second is BladeSystem c7000 DDR2 Onboard Administrator with KVM (G2)

Maybe they be linked?
