Hello,

We have a WS460c gen9 blade. For a while it has been reporting the degraded status on the storage section. Intelligent Provisioning is not available and while we tried using a recover image for that, we kept on getting the error "error flashing NVRAM". Web Administration shows that Cache Module is degraded and on Diagnostics, it has the error "Controller firmware revision 2.10.00. Embedded media manager failed media attach".

We have tried NAND format from the Web administration and it was unsuccessful. Any suggestions as to how we can fix it? Is it safe to run the blade when it has an error like this? I have attached the error log herewith.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/6q5hwl5xjq7sp6z/Error.xlsx?dl=0

Also would like to add that we can not collect AHS logs. I read in a post this is the second stage of the issue.

If any HPE employees are reading this, according to Jan Soska on this thread, do we get a motherboard replacement?

https://community.hpe.com/t5/ProLiant-Servers-ML-DL-SL/DL-360-Gen8-ILO-4-small-issue/td-p/6683788
