    <description>&lt;P&gt;Fredy had a customer issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*******************&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Customer telling me that selecting the “Reset Factory Defaults” from the (Enclosure Settings”&amp;gt;Reset Factory Defaults&amp;gt;Reset Factory Defaults button) OA GUI does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;His OA was at 3.10. Issuing the &amp;nbsp;“set factory” command from the CLI does work. Can anyone comment or corroborate if there is an issue here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*******************&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monty replied:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*********************&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The OA user guide and OA CLI guide indicates this command requires the user have the OA administrator role to reset factory defaults.. Make sure the customer has those user rights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*******************&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Comments? Suggestions??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
