How do I change orientation of a c3000 in the Onboard Administrator view?

Drew has a c3000 chassis question:

I have just gotten a re-purposed c3000 enclosure. I was able to recover the oa password through a null modem cable, flash oa, and work it over Firefox. The displays have the c3000 showing in a ‘tower’ non-racked configuration… how do I orient the web picture to the ‘rackmounted’ configuration.

The c3000 rackmount and tower versions have different LCD assemblies and the OA GUI uses the LCD part number to differentiate the two views.

If you change the LCD module for the other version – the OA GUI will change the view orientation.

Usually a post in the forum is for a person actually asking for help.

But with these posts it looks like they're just put here for arching purposes?

Is there a chain of feedback? Why aren't monty/drew asking the question themselves?
