Power management controller firmware upgrade for bl465c G5 blade

Cannot figure out how to get this upgraded... The HP Software Update Manager and the HP Support Pack for Proliant do not list this component after running the analysis of items in need of upgrade. This was attempted in both online with HP SUM and offline with the HP Support Pack for Proliant.

Neither shows the power management firmware as an option to upgrade... what am I missing?

ASAIR the current SPP has no update for this server.

Well...if there isn't then BladeSystem Onboard Administrator is lying to me. It says The power management firmware on this blade must be upgraded. Please see customer advisory c01668472 and that the .7 version should be upgraded. There are current version 3.4 (d) except I cannot figure how to get this installed since the support packs and SUM don't seem to detect the need when I run them.

Obviously it was on SPP 2013.02 (I looked into the contents report), but not in 2014.02.

What is the OA and ILO version?

require iLO 2 Firmware Version 1.78 (or later) to be installed on the server ...

If you did not upgrade it since 5 years, the ILO version may be too old too.

Thanks...I believe that was the answer.... downloading the 2013.02 package. I thought everything was included in all the Support Packs ... I stand corrected.

You can just create a USB key drive from the current SPP and add the *.scexe file.

If you search the driver site for that model server you can find the firmware upgrade
