Hi,

I would like to know why is my array controller showing this message. We have replaced the batteries, unplug/plug the cables, but its still showing the same. I'm not sure how this affects the array.

I tried "ctrl slot=0 modify cacheratio=50/50", but it still shows 100/0.

I don't know what else to try. Please help.

You need an HP SmartCache license and you must Disable the HP SSD Smart Path.
