VMWare Host Network Problem

Hi,

Our client has BL620c G7 Server Blade with QLogic QMH2562 8Gb FC HBA.

Their problem is on VMWare host the data speed becomes 1Gb instead of 10Gb. See below screenshot.

And upon manually changing the speed it shows this error.

Need you help on this guys if you encounter this problem. Please share your resolution.
