BL20p G2 Cannot communicate

Good Day everyone

I have a BL20P G2, which i am trying to cinfigure it thru ilo but somehow it wouldn't let me

Mod - BL20P G2

ProductID - 323145-B22

Cpu - 3ghz

Ram - 1.5gb

proliant System bios - 104 (09/16/2004)

i am connecting to it thru the Ilo Cable (192.168.1.1)

There is no indication that the blade is faulty, I connect a monitor and Keyboard to it and i am able to use the keytboard.

I want to boot the blade server up with a USB key with the HP smartstart in it, it does not detect the USB and prompt for OS, as a result it stop at the stage where it say Attemping to boot from floppy drive (A:)

i try to use the ILO to communicate with the blade thru the web browser but it say there is a connection problem, using the same cable i tried it on a G3 but it work like a charm....

i cannot do any firmware upgrade or anything because it will not detect my USB key or USB Dvd Drive as well

Could anyone please give me a hand here.......
