    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Stephen was looking for some help:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*********************&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my customers is starting the planning for refreshing their G1 blades to G7’s and Gen8’s.
